Orders
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing, excluding weekends and public holidays. The serviceability and delivery times will vary according to your specific zip code and are separately communicated at the time of placing the order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking
information. You can use this information to track your order’s progress.
Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days of being shipped. Delivery times may
vary depending on your location.
Damages
We always take sufficient care to ensure that your product is delivered to you without any
damages. However, if you do receive your delivery in a damaged condition, kindly write to us at
support@lovemist.in and we will ship you a new pack without any additional charges.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges We offer a 15-day exchange policy for unused and unopened products. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the
original packaging.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@lovemist.in with your order number and
request to exchange the product. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the
product.
Cancellation & Refunds
If you want to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at support@lovemist.in within
24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to
cancel it.
If you have paid for your order and it is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 6-8
business days.
